Dr. Miranda was born in northern Maine and grew up on the south shore of Massachusetts. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Providence College, majoring in Biology with a minor in Neuropsychology and a focus in Philosophy. She then followed her father and grandfather’s legacy by completing a Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Miranda went on to complete a two-year pediatric residency program at Tufts, where she was trained by Dr. Chan in early interceptive orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Miranda is dedicated to helping build her patient’s confidence in the dental setting and creating a positive treatment environment for children. She is extensively trained and experienced in a variety of pediatric dentistry treatments designed to help children maintain good oral health long into the future.

Outreach
Dr. Miranda has spent much of her life volunteering with the Magical Moon Foundation, Friends of Jaclyn Foundation, and The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. She looks forward to volunteering in the dental field throughout her career.

In her free time Dr. Miranda enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her three cats. She is also passionate about traveling, hiking, and skiing.
